An art exhibition for local artists in Kortenberg in the Flemish Brabant near Brussels featured recent works from Florence Béroud.
Part of the "Week van de Amateurkunsten" in the Flemish region, the ontmoetingscentrum Berkenhof at Kortenberg - invited local artists to take part in an exhibition.
Florence Béroud's works range from a terracotta bas-relief transformed into a coffeetable, to the 2,5 meters high walking foot in the main hall, a simple and efficient work made of a beam cut in five pieces held by a steel cable. Two other feet were shown, both very different in style. Finally there were also somedelicate stone works, shot! and two sirenes.
The exhibition welcomed some 600 visitors, mostly locals but also some from as far away as Lille and Paris.
